Q: What is multiscene?

A: With multiscene you can change your houses/scenes any time with menu! You won’t be bored in one house anymore. You can see list here and compare them.

Q: Why prices are different?
A: Some skyboxes are with more houses, prims, details so they cost more.

Q: How I can rent skybox?
A: When you decide how much you want to pay and what to rent, click vendor teleport to skybox and follow instructions from skybox. You can do it in the main office: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/woops/126/109/731

Q: How to see skybox?
A: Go to demo skybox. http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/woops/126/109/731

Q: How big is skybox?
A: 4096sqm packed in nice panorama box, with best animations you can find in SL, security, TV...

Q: Is there security in the skybox and how to configure?
A: Yes, you have good security in the skybox. Please read notecard when you rent skybox.

Q: I don't get menu when i click security or multi-scene menu.
A: If you don't get menu for security or multi-scene, it means that you blocked it by mistake. Open "BLOCKED" tab where your friend list is or Comm > Blocked from drop down menu of your viewer, find "security" or "Skybox" and unblock it (right mouse click and unblock).

Q: Why I don't see multi-scene or security panel.
A: Probably you derendered it by mistake. It happens often. In your viewer open "Assets blacklist", find Skybox, Panorama, Platform or something like that and remove it from the list. Maybe you will have to relog after that.

Q: Can i change to my audio stream?
A: Yes, you can in the Media skyboxes.

Q: Bed is under floor, what to do?
A: It happens with multi scene. Please, remove that scene, wait 2 sec and rezz the same scene again. It should be fixed.

Q: How to rezz my objects?
A: You have to be in the group. Click rent box and join or invite someone to the group.

Q: Can my friend be here?
A: Yes, you can add them to the Security (White list) or just turn Off Security. ANYONE can be in your skybox if you allow it with security.

Q: I found unknown prims in my skybox. How to return them?
A: If server didn’t return them, please IM woops (bobiska resident)

Q: There is mess in the skybox. Prims are rotated and there is few houses inside.
A: That is because you were changing scenes too fast and SL can't return them. IM bobiska resident. Please don't change scenes fast because that is against SL rules! You make lag and you will make mess.

Q: Is it possible to have more prims If I rezz house without furniture or if I use platform?
A: No, you will always have the same number of prims, except if you want to buy more (IM bobiska resident) OR if you rent skybox with more prims.

Q: Is it possible to buy more prims?
A: Yes, IM bobiska resident. 1 prim is 3L, so if you buy for example 10 prims that is 30L more on your weekly price.

Q: How many prims I can rezz?
A: Depends on the skybox that you want to rent. You can see number of used/allowed prims in local chat when you click "Prim count" button. Please rezz prims ONLY inside skybox! Prims outside skybox will be returned. Also take care about number of prims because server will return your prims without warning.
Your prims and prims of your partner you can see above rental box. On that number you have to add guests prims. You can get remote prim counter for you and your guests in the office: http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/woops/126/109/731

If you don't have your name and prims above rent box it means that you have other server. That server works different and you don't need prim counter for guests but just to add them to guest list. All prims are counted together so you have to go close to rent box and touch it. You will see number of used prims in whisp chat.

Q: Can I deed my TV or security orb.
A: You can deed your TV in the Media Skyboxes. Security orbs are not allowed because you can use them against other tenants.

Q: TV doesn't work
A: Please update Adobe flash player http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer. If you see flash, then your TV should work. Check viewer settings, enable media.


Q: Can I set HOME here?
A: Sure, just wear group tag and in World menu click “Set Home to here” or make or accept LM from rent box when you rent it.

Q: Is it possible to delete or move furniture?
A: Yes, but temporary. Go close to furniture you want to delete, click on it with left mouse button and keep it pressed for 2-3 sec. Next time when you come in Skybox, furniture will be there again.

Q: I can’t find home.
A: Touch rental finder in the office and it will find your skybox.

Q: Can I use my furniture?
A:Yes, if you have enough prims

Q: Is it allowed to have pets here?
A: Yes if they don’t produce high lag, few pets is allowed.

Q: I need group invitation
A:
If you didn't receive group invitation already, or if you left group for some reason, please click rent box, click Invite and then click "Myself". To invite partner or guest please read help section.

Q: How to invite partner/guest?
A: Click rent box, click invite, new partner.... (Please read more in help section)


Q: Why I am evicted from the group?
A: Probably your rental time expired and you are evicted automatically OR you was added to some other skybox where you was added. Don't get it personal, it is just because of easier control, anti-spam etc...

Q: I want my money back.
A: Sorry, we don't refund.


Q: I play from my mobile phone and I don't know how to do something.
A: Do it with PC/Mac, please don't waste your and my time.
